Nilear Live is an innovative product that communicates information from ConnectWise to you and your team in a whole new way. Nilear Live filters the information streaming into your ConnectWise system and delivers the pertinent content via an interactive Skype, Lync or Google Talk conversation that allows you to find answers to common dispatch questions in a matter of seconds.
Nilear Live is now part of the NilearOS (Operations Suite) for ConnectWise and is included as part of a NilearOS subscription. Nilear Live is no longer offered separately.
How it Works
- You assign your Nilear Live account your Skype, Google Talk or Lync account.
- Nilear Live will then send you live updates for the tickets being worked on and the work being performed.
- Now featuring the "NEXT" command, which allows you to find the next available engineer time slots or when engineers will be available to work or meet together.
